| History | April 1991: CSM Corporation founded by Craig Cather in Lansing,
Mich.
May 1996: CSM Corporation acquires Vehicle Production Forecast Service from AutoPacific and sets up CSM Forecasting, Inc. in Farmington Hills, Mich. Sept. 1996: CSM Corporation establishes CSM Europe, Ltd. in London, England. Aug. 1997: CSM Corporation establishes alliance with International Automotive Knowledge (now CSM South America) in São Paulo , Brazil. May 2000: CSM Corporation and CSM Forecasting consolidate operations under the name CSM Worldwide, Inc. and establish headquarters in Farmington Hills, Mich. June 2001: CSM establishes alliance with Segment Y, an automotive consultancy based in New Delhi, India, that covers the automotive industry in Southeast Asia and India. July 2001: CSM Worldwide establishes operations in Brussels, Belgium. March 2002: CSM Worldwide establishes office in Tokyo, Japan. April 2003: CSM Worldwide establishes office in Frankfurt, Germany. May 2003: CSM Worldwide establishes alliance with GAS Europe, an automotive consultancy based in Budapest, Hungary, specializing in the Central and Eastern automotive industries. May 2004: CSM Worldwide and Saphran partner to launch the PartBase Forecast Manager planning software. February 2004: CSM Worldwide establishes office in Shanghai, China.
